Terms of Service & Subscriber Agreement
1. Ownership & Acceptance: All content is owned and managed by "StrikingTrades". Your use of any and all material provided by and within the StrikingTrades™ platform, web portals, and associated Twitter/X account ("@IamSuperTrader") is owned exclusively by Striking Media & Digital Consulting Services Private Limited. By utilizing this material you have agreed to all terms and conditions provided herein.
2. Right of Service Refusal: Under federal anti-discrimination laws, businesses can refuse service to any person for any reason, unless the business is discriminating against a protected class. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. There are no refunds after your payment has been accepted and processed except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
3. Informational & Educational Purposes Only: StrikingTrades and its members, officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, suppliers, and service providers provide this platform for informational purposes only. Use of and access to the information, materials, services, and other content available on or through the platform are subject to these terms of use and all applicable laws.
4. Strict Commercial Use & Non-Redistribution: You are permitted to use the platform and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. The platform and Content are and shall remain the property of Striking Media & Digital Consulting Services Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws. If any member distributes any content from member content pages, chat rooms, forwards SMS text messages, emails, or tweets from StrikingTrades without permission, his/her subscription will be terminated immediately without refund. Sharing passwords or posting content via Twitter, instant messaging apps, or social media is strictly prohibited.
5. Expected Conduct Code: At all times, be respectful of members and avoid offensive and/or rude conduct. You are solely liable for your trades; we are not liable for any losses you incur on behalf of our commentary or alerts. At no time may you solicit other services or products without prior written consent. The community is for positive, disciplined discussions. Any member engaging in bashing, negativity, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will have their membership immediately terminated without refund and without warning.
6. Service Continuity & Force Majeure: There will be days that StrikingTrades staff and representatives will not provide service or post content due to unforeseeable events including but not limited to market conditions, travel, sickness, family emergencies, death, or natural disasters ("acts of God"), war, civil disorder, or medical outbreaks. If for whatever reason, more than ten (10) days in which the market is open in a given month are missed, you will not be charged for that month.
